Local moves in Northern Virginia start at $540 for a 2-man crew with truck (3-hour minimum) plus a $140 arrival fee. 3-man crews start at $780 plus a $220 arrival fee. Long-distance moves from the DMV are flat-rate, ranging from $1,800 for a small move to $15,000+ for cross-country.

We serve Washington DC, Northern Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, McLean, Falls Church, Springfield, Vienna), and Maryland (Bethesda, Silver Spring, Hyattsville) within a 30-mile radius of our base. For long-distance, we move anywhere in the United States as long as origin or destination is in the DMV.

We respond to every quote request within 60 seconds during business hours (9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week). For long-distance moves, we set up a FaceTime walkthrough within 24 hours and deliver a written flat-rate quote within 2 hours of the FaceTime call.

Do you offer packing services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full-service packing is available as an add-on to any move. Approximate add-on cost: $300 for a 1-bedroom, $500 for a 2-bedroom, $700 for a 3-bedroom, plus materials. We do not offer unpacking service.

What is your deposit policy?

Accepted Answer

Local move deposit is $100, refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled move. Long-distance deposit is $300-500 flat (not 50% of the total), refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled move.
